4 Day Tanzania Budget Safari – Best Time.
The best Tanzania budget camping viewing months are during the Dry season from late June to October. The best chance of seeing the wildebeest migration in the Serengeti is during June and July and the time to see the wildebeest calving is late January to February. Tarangire is the only exception, since its wildlife viewing is considerably better in the dry-season as well.

Day 1 Arusha – Tarangire National Park
In the morning you will be picked up from your hotel and you will travel to the Tarangire National Park. From the open roof of the vehicle you will be able to absorb the landscape and watch the animals. After an extensive game drive, you will leave the park in the late afternoon and drive to the Maramboi Tented Camp, where you will spend the night.
Day 2: Safari from Tarangire to Serengeti national park.
Your Safari in Tanzania tour itinerary will start after breakfast we head towards the Serengeti Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. We head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species.
Day 3 : Have Full day game viewing in the park
Enjoy a game drive early in the morning to view all the nocturnal animals that are returning from hunting and the lions awaking in the dawn, again during the game drive, you will view many other animals on this Tanzania safari. Return to the lodge in the afternoon for lunch and relax for the evening.
Day 4: Transfer back to Arusha via Ngorongoro conservation area
Early in the morning, have your breakfast at the lodge and after start your transfer back to Arusha via a tour to Ngorongoro crater, in the evening drive to Arusha for an overnight ready for next day flight back home.
